We design playground equipment that will last for years in outdoor spaces. To make sure we deliver quality products, we test our product vigorously ourselves. We submit all of our interactive playsets to Dekra, the notified organization for international testing in the Netherlands.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want every customer to be happy with our products; that’s why we provide a standard service package with every Yalp Interactive product. For a truly worry-free experience, customers can upgrade their products to a carefree package.

We promise our customers that they can enjoy our Yalp products for several years without worries. we offer a TEN year warranty period from the installation date for non-electronic parts like steel, aluminum, and plastic construction parts. In addition, our service team is always available and will be happy to help you.

My Yalp Service
If you have a question or problem with your interactive playset, quickly use the help desk tickets via the My Yalp platform. Our in-house service team will then take care of the matter and provide you online service and assistance.
Most of the time, our interactive playsets detect technical problems themselves and automatically send us tickets to solve the matter remotely. For example, if a playset is offline for a few days and doesn’t receive updates, our service team will receive a ticket that addresses the error.
