Education level

Associate Degree or higher.

Job Description

We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude! As a sales support specialist, you will be a key person in creating a positive customer experience with your friendly, professional, and prompt service. Your work will vary from day to day. You will be working and collaborating with our end customers, distributors, salespeople, and with other (international) colleagues to ensure that Yalp succeeds in achieving its ambitious growth targets. This role reports to the US National Sales Director, and the position is remote, affording the opportunity for the person to be based in a home office.

Your primary responsibilities will include

  • Building good customer/distributor relationships and managing their expectations.
  • Documenting standard support procedures that end customers and distributors can follow.
  • Documenting internal procedures.
  • Processing and managing the ongoing stream of incoming sales leads from various communication channels into qualified leads, warmly handing over to the USA sales teams or directly bringing them to order.
  • Supporting our own sales team in drafting sales documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining customer, price, and product information accurately and updating the information in our CRM.
  • In general, organize customer visits, training, and events.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various internal departments to ensure timely processing of quotes, orders, service requests, shipping status, and customer information.
  • Assisting customers and distributors with their questions and inquiries regarding our products
  • Reporting – sales forecasts based on the pipeline, order, and shipping status
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities and following up on inquiries made by (potential) customers.
